Are Unaddressed Cultural Issues Hindering Your Organisation's Success?
An organisation's culture plays a critical role in its success, but misalignment between the professed core values and actual behaviours can lead to significant pain points that hinder performance and growth. These include:
What We Assess and Why
Core Values: We assess six core values—Fairness, Courage, Honesty, Trust, Respect, and Care—as the foundation of constructive relationships and cohesive, productive teams. These values foster trust, respect, and psychological safety, essential for positive interactions and mutual reliance. Rooted in human social evolution, they are critical for the survival and success of any social group, ensuring behaviours that strengthen the collective.
Systems, Symbols, and Behaviour: We evaluate how your organisational systems (e.g., performance management, communication), symbols (e.g., recognition programmes, events), and leadership behaviours align with your stated values. This triad is pivotal in shaping culture and can either enhance or undermine psychological safety (Systems Leadership – Ian Macdonald et al.).
This assessment delivers immense value by improving leadership, fostering transparency, and driving cultural transformation. The Core Values Assessment is a powerful, user-friendly tool for evaluating employees’ perceptions of your organisational culture through core values. Using 48 carefully designed statements rated on a Likert scale, it generates a comprehensive, customised report with actionable insights. Reports are available in English and Dutch.

While our core assessment provides an organisation-wide overview of your cultural dynamics, deeper insights can often be achieved by focusing on specific teams, departments, or managerial levels. Splitting the analysis allows you to uncover variations across subcultures, enabling targeted interventions where they are needed most.
This approach is particularly useful for larger organisations or those undergoing significant structural changes. It’s a flexible, scalable option that ensures your investment delivers maximum value.
How it works:

It also creates a platform to strategise and plan the necessary changes for a more effective and aligned organisation. We offer various workshop options tailored to your needs.
